A birth doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Having a doula can help you feel more prepared, supported, and confident as you navigate the birth experience.

A doula does not replace your partner or chosen support person. Instead, I work alongside them, supporting both of you with comfort measures, encouragement, and guidance so you can feel connected and confident throughout the birth.

Birth support includes a prenatal visit to connect and prepare together, ongoing phone and text support throughout pregnancy, my continuous presence during labor and birth, and one postpartum visit to check in, reflect, and support your transition into this new chapter.
